Appeal a decision made by a licensing authority

If you are not satisfied with a regulator’s decision on recognition of your occupational licence, you may appeal the decision through the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. Contact details for the Tribunal and information about the Australian review process are available on its website at http://www.aat.gov.au/.

Similarly, in New Zealand, the Trans-Tasman Occupations Tribunal hears appeals relating to decisions made by New Zealand registration authorities. Information about the New Zealand review process is available on the Trans-Tasman Occupations Tribunal’s website at http://www.justice.govt.nz/tribunals/trans-tasman-occupations/.

Contact details for both tribunals are also available on the Licensing Contact page of this website.
